Project Overview
MCE Solutions partnered with Ladles of Love, a dedicated non-profit organisation focused on feeding the underprivileged, to develop a comprehensive Professional Services Automation (PSA) system using Salesforce. The goal of this project was to streamline food distribution processes, enhance operational efficiency, and improve data analytics.
The Challenge
Ladles of Love faced critical operational challenges, including inefficient food stock management, difficulties in disbursing food to beneficiaries, and a lack of real-time operational data analysis. These issues limited the organisation’s ability to reach and impact more people in need. A streamlined solution was necessary to overcome these barriers.
The Solution
MCE Solutions developed a tailored Salesforce PSA system that integrated CRM Automation, Backend Development, and Frontend Customisation. Additionally, an Android mobile app for warehouse management was created to facilitate real-time access to food stock levels and beneficiary information. This comprehensive solution optimised the management of food distribution operations, including donor and volunteer interactions, enabling Ladles of Love to extend their reach and amplify their impact on the communities they serve.
