The Reach for a Dream Foundation collaborated with MCE Solutions to enhance the efficiency and impact of its Slipper Day Campaign through the development of a customised Salesforce Professional Services Automation (PSA) system. This project focused on streamlining various aspects of campaign management, from financial processing to logistics coordination.

The foundation was hindered by manual processes in quote and invoice generation, sales tracking, and logistics coordination, which affected the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the campaign.
The Solution
MCE Solutions implemented a comprehensive Salesforce PSA system equipped with advanced features, including automated quote and invoice generation, an e-commerce module for managing sticker and slipper purchases, bank statement uploads for accurate sales tracking, and DHL API integration for seamless logistics. Additionally, the system included custom dashboards for real-time campaign monitoring and a comprehensive platform for managing sales agents. These enhancements collectively improved the efficiency of the Slipper Day Campaign, enabling the foundation to better achieve its mission.
